First job working at a daycare center as a Teacher's Assistant? Any Advice?

I have just received the exciting opportunity to work with kids in a daycare center as a teacher's aide, and it's my first job. I don't have very many experience with kids (ranging from babies to preteens) although I do get along well with younger family members who are well-beyond the pottie training age. Any advice or things I should expect on my first day? Even training videos will be strongly encouraged on how to change a diaper, etc.! Thanks!
