Do minors have first amendment rights? and can i be convicted of an old thing before i was 18?PLEASE HELP!?

Your girlfriend is still a minor and lives with her mother, so until she is 18, her mother can keep you two from seeing each other. It sucks, but her mom is responsible for her. Once your girlfriend turns 18 though, she can do what she wants. (though if she's still living under he mothers house, her mom is allowed to make basic rules)
