Financial Aide question....Anyone have any idea..?

I would like to start at my community college this summer, and i would like to go fulltime...i have a husband and 2 children, so i would like to get it done and start my career. I am going to do nursing....but my husband and i think i should go fultime without working...but i do have some bills i have to pay....He works and makes about 31,000 a year..that would be the only income, plus the two kids, would i be able to get the pell grant? And how much do you think? And also if i took out the stafford loan...would that give me money to pay some rent and car payment? How how much do you think i would have a month to live on? Thanks :)
