What to put under 'skills' for resume?

I'm currently a dietary aide (waitress) at a senior living community, but I am also applying for a retail job at my local mall. What should I put under skills, and what kind formation should it be put in? Short phrases with bullets? Any advice and tips are appreciated! Thanks!
