Questions about Melatonin?

Yes you should take it at bed time. there really are no risks as your body produces melatonin naturally, although it does cause drowsiness (of course) so you shouldn't operate heavy machinery while on it and whatnot. it may cause vivid dreams, especially if taken at high doses before bedtime. the reason why you read that it is not safe to take for more than 2 weeks, is because you need to give your body a break from the substance so that the body can replenish its own melatonin, without the help of an outside source/product. for many natural supplements it is not recommended to take forever, every single day, because your body/brain could become dependent on it.
