Should I cancel my sales account?

The Avon is requesting that I put a deposit, the order is on hold, I had owed them 20.00 and it went to collections, should i just cancel the orders, how am i supposed to sell under these terms? BTW is it better to just make everyone for their orders upfront, they told me I have to do this for 7 campains in a row. Some items will not be available until a few campaigns later, how do i sort this out?
