Are the ObamaCare waivers in violation of our Fourteenth Amendment? Why or why not?

I am not a lawyer but I am as qualified as 0bama in matters of constitutionality and likely more knowledgeable, and I agree it violates both the equal protection and the due process clauses of the fifth and fourteenth amendments, and since jail is a punishment under it a liberty issue may also be raised
