Well I think your being smart by not wanting everyone to ride your pony as that would be unfair to her. I think decoration can really bring out the theme. Get a horse pinata (sp?) and horsey balloons with horsey napkins and plates. But little plastic horses in the gift bags for the other kids. You could even ask for your cake to have horse decorations on it. Play games like horse shoes and pin the tail on the horse. Maybe you can get animal safe paint and decorate your horse, I've seen it done at places like arabian nights and it should wash off. Give kids treats to feed your horse and groom her gently.
