I had unprotected sex once and have lymph nodes in my groin?

ive had lymph nodes in my groin for around two weeks now. when i first noticed it they were painful then they went away for a couple days and came back painful again i was wondering if this could be aides or if i am mistaking cause i am freaking out!!
