Poll: why do people still smoke and should cancer patients who smoke be covered by gov. health care?

People continue to smoke after they have even heard about the dangers because of peer pressure and cigars have some highly addictive ingredients in them that makes it very difficult to stop. And I do not think they should be covered by government health insurance.
