Why do people like Call of Duty?

The campaign is boring, cheap, and you have enemies surrounding you with no cover. There's absolutely no innovation anywhere in this game. Nazi Zombies is boring and easy. The online play is the worst. It's full of campers and six year olds. The online is extremely easy while zombies is boring while the campaign is cheap as hell. It sucks so much, and I really don't get why it's so popular and why it's getting good reviews.
