Why do liberals accuse Republicans of being racists?

If you ever watch liberals debate. When they begin to be confronted by the facts and lose the debate, they immediately call the other person racist to evoke some emotion from their supporters. Obama people even called Bill Clinton racist which was pretty funny to watch.
