80 yr Old Dad in End Stage CHF Lasix slowly working?

Our Dad was admitted to the hospital for the second time in a week yesterday. He had over 32 lbs of water weight. They upped him from 1/2 lasix water pill to 4 last week and sent him home. He ended up in ER yesterday with same 30 lbs water being retained. I spoke with his doctor and they are going to remove as much water as they can and send him home in a day or two. I am his health POA and I asked the Dr where do we go from here? He said day by day, he is going to send him home on oxygen and have some home health aides come in a few times per week. I asked the nurse if she though he could continue living alone until this fall and she told me I'd be fortunate to still have him than? I am scared has anyone gone thru this? The Constitution mandates that the government treat all people equally under the law, unless they have a compelling interest to do otherwise and the government DOES NOT have a compelling interest to treat married and unmarried people differently under the law. Thirdly, institutional marriage violates the fundamental constitutional principle of limited government. A government that's involved in our intimate relationships is NOT limited. So, let's return to the true Constitutionalism and get the government out of where it doesn't belong.

I am currently 17, now I may not be full of wisdom but I know my facts about marijuana and it's benifits and aide effects. Now for y story...I was recently caught, my dad found my pipe and some empty bags. He flipped and tried taking my car away and my pay check( that wasn't happening). Anyway needless to say I played it low for a few weeks, my mom cared but knew she couldn't do anything about it. Weed is not addicting, not harmfull, does not cause cancer of any from,and does not kill brain cells. Marijuana is less addicting then sugar (proven fact by studies at harvard university). If I was a parent of a kid who smokes pot, I wouldn't care, I would smoke with them, but with rules. It's safe then alcohol, ciggarettes and caffeine! New PICC line, and I'm not sure if it's healing well?

I had a PICC put in Wednesday, and it's my first. First: the spot where the line enters my arm is red and sore. It got better the 2nd day, but is pretty sore now. Is this normal 4 days later? Also, the hole where the line enters is a yellow-ish color. Is this a sign of pus/infection, or normal healing? Finally, my line slides in and out of my arm as I bend and move (causing pain). Is this normal (the moving, and the pain with the slight line sliding)? I'd appreciate any insight from either someone who's had a PICC, or a nurse/home health care aide who is familiar with care. I have this friend, his daughter is 11, she lives with the mother. The mother and father were married, but have been divorced for years. She told her dad she doesnt want to see him anymore and wants him to sign his rights over. The mother just calls him names and says he has to sign his rights over or she will take him to court and she said he will end up in jail! When they went to court for custody, the judge awarded 50/50, and the child lives with the mother. The mother dont work, and her and the child live off the child support that the childs father pays, along with state aide. The father sees her and also pays child support and is up to date. The mother has 2 older children(not by my friend) that have told him to sign the rights over also, kinda threatening my friend. What can my friend do? She cant force him to sign his rights over? Getting my hair dyed for the first time?

On my fourteenth birthday I'm planning to get my hair dyed at a salon. I am a brunette naturally, somewhere between a very dark shade of brown and black, but I am planning on going blonde. If a family member is on hand, utilize them to there full power. Get all the information you can from them. Like if the client had a care provider before? History of falls? How independent is the client? Also because you will become close to your client, you can ask things like where the client likes to go(this is if you do transportation as well) and favorite restaurants. Also a huge part of your job is to be understanding of your client and their situation. There home might not be the cleanest, and it might not be in the best side of town, so try not to judge. Remember your client is nervous too, they don't know you and you don't know them. So walk in with a pleasant smile and a open heart, and you'll be a great home care aide.

Where can i donate my garfield collection?

I took the nurse aide exam i know i passed the written but i know horribly failed the clinical.When i was doing my skill the examiner will point out my mistakes and tell me right when I'm doing it , which got me annoyed and nervous and i started to forget what i was suppose to do. I know when you make a mistake I can say i made a mistake can i start all over and she said no but with the other girls that got tested she let them correct their mistakes ( so not fair!!) I had unprotected sex on December 28th. I woke up with my period the next morning. Once I got off my period, I had sex again on January first through the fourth, all unprotected. I was forced to drop out of college with only 1.5 credits remaining due to financial issues. 1999 Mercedes Benz E 430: Opinions/Warnings/Experiences?

I'm 3 months from turning 15 & starting drivers ed, and my grandpa has given me his old 1999 Mercedes Benz E 430. He bought it as a gem in i think 2004, put a few dents and very few miles on it, then gave it to my aunt (who used it for about a year) and then it went back to him. He took it to the Mercedes dealer and had it's problems fixed (nothing major), and has given it to me. I rode in it and its very smooth, 275 HP V8, comfortable, and handles well. However, i've noticed a couple of service campaigns on the airbags, and from what i understand the fixes have not been done on this car. Looking for help for my 7 year old next school year?

It's hard to answer this without specific information but here's a start. It sounded to me like he at this point has no identification and he is not receiving services. Request a Permission to Evaluate. Sign it and the school will complete an evaluation. If a Dr. diagnoses ADHD he is entitled to a 504. This will give him specially designed instruction to succeed in his class. You may need to get him an outside evalutation, ex neurological, or psychiatric, etc. The school will help you with this. Your insurance or state aid should help with the cost. If his academic needs require changes in curriculum needs and instruction at a slower rate then you should look at an IEP. Is he getting counseling to deal with his emotional needs? I have worked with several students with RAD and it's not readily accepted in the education field. It's a tough fight and behavioral techniques are very different. You need to find someone with experience in it. Look up Nancy Thomas as she has quite a bit of info out there. Behaviorally their needs are different than the average child with behavior/emotional issues. If you don't feel comfortable with your own knowledge in this situation seek an advocate to help you. Ask the school for a copy of the Procedural Safeguards Notice. good luck to you and kudos for taking care of your family. You rock!

I had saved games from Chaos Rising, but my computer broke and I lost all my saves. When I got DAW2: Retribution it imediatly asked if I wantedto import my saves to the game. Cartilage piercing questions?

I'm thirteen and for my fourteenth birthday i really want to get my cartilage pierced. I think they do about certain things. On the other hand, there are certain things about which they have less perspective than my generation did. For example, young people today seem to be under the impression that their lives should be centered around their favorite celebrity or reality show; that what their celebrity of choice says, wears, and behaves is something to be modeled. When I was young my peers certainly enjoyed popular culture and emulated certain things, but they didn't seem to mistake it for reality or place excessive importance on it the way many of today's youth do. Many kids today don't seem to have any awareness of their own immaturity, lack of impulse control, or self-centeredness. Yes, I think that the Internet, media, and other technology plays a huge role in this, but other factors such as a lack of parental or adult guidance also plays a part.

NWN2: Debug Command for unlocking doors?

So I'm playing Cygni 16 (the English/French Sci-Fi campaign) but I can hardly get started because the door to the store room is locked, and the guy who I'm supposed to talk to have it opened only says the same dialogue over and over, which has nothing to do with the door. Now normally I'd go on Toolset and just edit it to see if I can find the problem, but I never learned how to edit campaign modules (they never show up half the time). Unless you are a young woman who has just had a baby or you've had a fall on your pelvis, the SIJ is actually a very strong joint and it would be unusual for it to flare up with the type of activity you describe. What is the more likely culprit is the lumbar spine...having to work in a slightly flexed position, this can cause quite a strain on the lumbar spine which can refer pain to the SIJ. As far as calling in...it's your call. However, this probably should have been reported as a work related incident. If you do go to work, I'd probably recommend actually kneeling in the bed behind them with a pillow between their back and your front. Keep your back straight and just use your body weight to keep them upright. You'll probably want to wear an isolation gown to prevent your clothes from becoming contaminated, but I find this position is much easier to work in rather than trying to stand behind and lean forward.

Broken Steel Glitch: Fallout 3?

Hey, I just finished playing the campaign to Fallout 3, and I had installed broken Steel. So, when I killed all the people in the Purifier room, we talked to the person on the Intercom, and I risked myself to activate Project Purity. I know many people have glitches, people not speaking over the intercom, but mine is different. I watch that little movie and everything, and then it says 2 Weeks Later. I am lying either face up or face down, and I can hear A Mr.Gutsy speaking in the background, and no one is talking. Let me be specific here, I don't even get up, all I can do is sit there looking at the ground our ceiling, I am not sure, and I can not see much, but I sat there for so long, and I tried to undownload it and everything. I even made sure that the "Broken Steel" sign came up before I entered the Purifier room, and it did. I am not sure what Is wrong but I need as much help as possible. Thank you in advance. they would probably be encouraged to be homeschooled but in my school kids that find it difficult to walk are accompanied by a guide to help them in busy corridors, I guess if yu were blind you would need that constatly. They will be able to hear in lessons but with Reading materials they would obviously need specially made books and things. The school would have to have a special needs unit of somekind though.
